A screening option must be shared in order to book a date with me. This is for safety purposes. You can select from one of the following: Linkedin Account with Photo, and fully filled out profile Social Media Account - Public with history of posting Photo ID- (one with selfie holding your photo ID, and one with ID) Work website with about section + photo

A 50% deposit due at time of booking. All deposits made are non-refundable. I require a deposit on all bookings even if we have met before. Accepted Deposit Methods: Interac E-transfer PayPal If preferred you may pay the full balance at time of booking via Interac or PayPal

Full payment for Virtual bookings is required at time of booking. In the event that we are scheduling a virtual call immediately, the full payment must be processed before the call can begin.

Travel fees and flights to you fees will be added to the total price for a FMTY A 50% deposit is required to book tour bookings/FMTYs. The deposit will not be transferrable and is non-refundable.

Payments are to be made at the beginning of the date. Please have the fee in an envelope and have it ready immediately upon meeting. Please note I will count the funds to ensure the balance is accurate. ​ Accepted payments: CAD Cash Paypal Interac E-transfer (send in advance of our booked time, and confirm with me that the payment has gone through ) ​ If we are meeting in public, the fee is still due at the beginning of the date. Please have it in a card. I may excuse myself to the washroom to count the funds. Payments are always due promptly at the beginning of our date, no matter how many times we have met before.

Once a date and time are approved, the appointment is considered booked, and deposit details will be provided. Deposits for pre-bookings are due within 6 Hours. ​ Deposits for same day bookings are due within 1 Hour ​ If an appointment has been booked and the required deposit is not received by the required above times, the booking will be considered cancelled. Please note if the booking is cancelled without a deposit sent for a booked appointment, I will no longer accept future bookings without a cancellation fee. *Please note this policy remains in effect even if you book and cancel immediately*

Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee. ​ Bookings can be rescheduled with 48 Hours notice with exception of Tours/FMTYs. Deposits for Tours/FMTYs will not be transferrable and are non-refundable. You can reschedule your date with the above notice, The deposit can be applied to the new rescheduled date. All bookings cannot be reduced in session length/price and are permitted one reschedule only. Deposits are transferrable once when the above requirements are met. ​ You must reschedule at time of cancellation. I do not hold credits without a rescheduled time. Cancellations made without a rescheduled date and time will result in the deposit being forfeited. In the event that more than 50% deposit/full pre-payment was sent and the client cancels, the remaining can be applied to a new date as long as there is a new date booked at time of cancellation. Failure to provide a new date will result in any credit lost. ​ Reschedule requests or Cancellations made within the time window for the booking duration will result in the deposit being kept as a cancellation fee.​ ​ If a duo partner cancels, you agree to either reschedule for another duo or see me 1 on 1. No refund will be provided if a duo partner cancels.

If I cancel our date due to not being able to make the appointment, the client will then have the option to reschedule or be refunded.

Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are running late, please note the booking will still end at the scheduled time.

I see men, women and couples 20 years or older. Proof of age (20+) will be required to bring to the date for any client who appears under 25. A physical copy of the ID must be shown at the beginning of the date. A physical copy must be brought to the date even if the client screened via ID during the booking process. Clients who appear under 25 do not need to send their license digitally. Screening can be done another way during the booking process, but they must bring a physical copy of their ID to the appointment.

All supplies (including condoms, lube, dental dams) are supplied by me. ​ Please note that I will not use supplies given by the client. If a client has a latex allergy, the client is required to inform at time of booking. ​ All activities require protection including condoms and dental dams. No bareback or natural services will be offered.

All clients are required to shower and use mouthwash upon arrival at my incall. If i am visiting you, please be freshly showered and use mouthwash Please offer me a shower and clean towel at your place

All bookings 3 Hours and longer must have time to socialize over drinks or food. Bookings 4-8 hours must begin over dinner at a restaurant(or room service if preferred). All overnight bookings must include dinner, and 8 Hours of sleep. Bookings 24 hours and longer must include all of the above, and also include 30-45 minutes of personal time to myself to shower and get ready for the day.

Any date expenses during our time together (ie. meals, social events, ubers etc) are to be covered by the client.

In the extremely rare event I need to end a date due to client behaviour, there will be no refund of the deposit or funds paid. Examples of this could be: Abuse or threatening language before or during the appointment Disregard for my consent or boundaries/asking me for an activity when I have already said no Refusing to shower at my incall Filming or taking pictures without consent On an overnight, not allowing time for dinner/social time, not allowing for 8 hours of sleep, or attempting sexual activity on me while I am sleeping Not allowing for dinner/social time on multi hour dates Failure to provide the remaining funds at the beginning of the date Failure to provide proof of age if asked.
